The Client Application Process
It is essential to fill out the application carefully since it is so important in the matching process. The application can be submitted online.
After receipt of the application you will receive a phone call to review the application and go over any questions you may have. The next step is to match your information with the caregiver applications on file and proceed with the interviewing process. You will receive a phone call letting you know about interested care-givers, and you will choose the ones that you would like to interview.
Interview may be held in our office or the comfort of your home.
If you call the office and reach the answering machine, it is because I am in an interview. Please leave a number where I can reach you and a convenient time for me to call back. If it is easier for you to review the application during evening hours please leave an evening phone number as well. I answer all calls in a timely manner and try not to keep you waiting too long. I look forward to working hand-in-hand with you in the future to find the best possible employee for your family.
